Class is on this week, January 2nd!
Now is a wonderful time to come and dance, enjoy the rhythms of Brazil and the beauty of our movement. Our live band makes it easy and fun to whip up a sweat, even in the middle of winter. Personally, after being a bit cooped up during the holidays, I am missing the pulse of our class and how my body feels both during and after. As you know, all levels come to our class, from absolute beginners to dancers that have been attending for years. For the beginners this provides surrounding support. We are all learning together!

There is so much to look forward to this year. However you celebrate the new year, enjoy! I think Jeff is playing at Parati for New Year’s Eve. We are gradually feeling more and more light. The days are getting longer and my heart, too, if gradually warming up…
